 Comparison:

 (1) Injection molding caps need to heat the material to a molten flow state, and the temperature is about 250°C; compression molding only needs to be heated to about 180°C, and the energy consumption of injection molding caps is higher than that of pressure injection caps; 

(2) The processing temperature of compression molding is higher Low shrinkage, small shrinkage, and more accurate cap size; 

(3) Injection molding fills all mold cavities at one time, and compression molding extrudes one bottle cap material at a time. The extrusion pressure of compression molding is very small, while the pressure required for injection molding is relatively high;

(4) The injection mold is large in size, and it is troublesome to replace a single cavity; each cavity of compression molding is relatively independent and can be replaced separately;
