Detection of sealing performance of plastic anti-theft bottle cap

Sealing performance is an important indicator of packaging containers, and the quality of the sealing performance directly affects the quality of the contents of the packaged product. The sealing performance test is mainly by evacuating the vacuum chamber to make the sample immersed in water generate a pressure difference between the inside and outside, and observe the gas escape in the sample to determine the sealing performance of the sample; or by evacuating the vacuum chamber to make the sample Generate internal and external pressure difference, observe the expansion of the sample and the recovery of the shape of the sample after the vacuum is released, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

Detection of sealing performance of plastic anti-theft bottle cap
GB/T17876-2010 "Packaging Containers - Plastic Anti-theft Caps" stipulates the experimental method for the sealing performance of plastic anti-theft caps. According to the physical and mechanical performance requirements of bottle caps: A. Non-carbonated caps require no air leakage at 200kPa and no cap removal at 350kPa; B. Carbonated caps require no air leakage at 690kPa and no cap removal at 1207kPa. 1. Use a capping machine to seal the non-carbonated cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, test it with a seal tester, pressurize it to 200kPa, keep it under water for 1min, observe whether there is air leakage, and then increase the pressure to 350kPa, Keep it for 1min, and observe whether the bottle cap is loose and pops up. 2. Use a capping machine to seal the carbonic acid cap according to the rated torque that meets the capping requirements, cut off the anti-theft ring, test it with a seal tester, pressurize it to 690kPa, keep it under water for 1min, observe whether there is air leakage, and then adjust the pressure Raise it to 1207kPa, keep it for 1min, and observe whether the bottle cap is loose and ejected.
